As an RIBA Accredited Conservation Architect, Brian has gained experience of working with English Heritage, DAC's and SPAB on repair and conservation work for Grade I, II* and II Listed Buildings. He also has experience of English Heritage Repair and Heritage Lottery Fund Grant procedures. Also;

  • Re-roofing in both lead and slate
  • Masonry repair and replacement
  • Lime mortars and renders
  • Dampness eradication in historic fabric
  • Masonry window surrounds and stained glass
  • Timber infestation remedial work

Brian also co-ordinates, with other specialists:

  • Pew surveys

  • lighting
  • heating
  • alternative technologies (underfloor heading etc)
